As an Associate Product Manager at PointClickCare, you are responsible for working directly with the Engineering and Product teams to deliver products with an amazing experience to end users and customers, using Backlog Mangement functions. You create and maintain a healthy backlog for the Product Management team while ensuring a successful and tactical execution for Product, Operations, and Engineering.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of the DEX (Decentralized Exchange) web product, including planning, design, and iteration, to enhance user trading experience and platform usability. Conduct in-depth research on user needs and market trends, analyze competitors, and identify innovation points and optimization directions for the web product. Lead the design of web product features, including but not limited to trading interfaces (Swap, Limit Orders), liquidity management, data chart displays, wallet connections, and personal asset centers.

Help drive roadmap, strategy, and long term product vision for Betterhelp's B2B products. Gather requirements, work with technical developers, build technical specifications and prioritize product tasks. Collaborate with design and development team to create a user experience that is both delightful and effective. This role has elements of project management, UI/UX, Data Analysis and Quality Assurance.
