We are looking for an inspiring Product Manager capable to develop business ideas into real products and specs, following a rigorous and phased approach. You will study user behavior and personas to craft the best solutions for our users in our Welfare products. You will also lead Discovery workflow and Prioritization funnel on new features or current UI/UX optimization.

Drive product value and revenue optimization, and be directly responsible for key metrics including retention, ARPU/ARPPU, and overall product performance. This role offers full autonomy in product strategy with clear KPIs: improving user retention, maximizing revenue per user, and enhancing product value through data-driven decisions.

The role combines project management (80%) with product ownership elements (20%), requiring both strong organizational skills and an eye for UI/UX best practices. The primary focus will be on efficient project execution and team management, while maintaining oversight of product quality and user experience.

Lead foundational digital banking features, with a primary focus on core banking system integrations, ensuring Bankjoy’s digital banking platform integrates seamlessly with various core systems while maintaining an intuitive and high-quality user experience. Requires strong communication skills, as you will work closely with clients and Bankjoy's operations team.
