- Serve as the specialist privacy resource for complex privacy matters across the Americas region.
- Develop and execute a privacy and data protection strategy in compliance with US, Canadian, and Brazilian regulations.
- Conduct and oversee privacy impact and data protection assessments for new initiatives.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 7-10 years of experience as a privacy lawyer in a technology company.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex legal issues simply.
