What You Will Do:
- Provide strategic legal counsel on international expansion.
- Advise on global privacy and data protection requirements.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Product to align on regulatory pathways
We would love to consider you for this role if you have:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including advising on international expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to counsel cross‑functional teams.
Preferred experience:
- In‑house experience at a high‑growth technology or consumer health company.
- Exposure to wearable technologies, digital health, connected devices, and/or software‑as‑a‑medical‑device regulation.
- Specific expertise supporting LATAM and/or APAC markets.
