Lead the research, design, and implementation of developmentally aligned assessments, interventions, and programming, with an initial focus on the junior year and a clear multi-year vision for expansion into grades 9–12.
Work closely with regional and school-based partners to ensure student development practices are high-quality, evidence-informed, and feasible at scale.
Implement and continuously improve the performance of College and Career Readiness and Access across a portfolio of high schools and regions.
Coach and mentor Regional Directors and High School Directors to improve counseling practices, implementation of One KIPP Match Program Practices, and student outcomes.
Monitor regional data on enrollment, matriculation, and estimated college completion to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Manage a caseload of up to 1,000 alumni using nudge texting, phone calls, and virtual meetings to provide individualized support with CTE/workforce program selection and enrollment, career readiness, and job placement post completion
Support alumni who are seeking employment by connecting them to job opportunities and supporting next steps toward placement
Partner with the NERA Program Manager to develop clear, concise text scripts that deliver timely resources and guidance to help alumni enroll in training, persist through completion, and secure career-launching employment
