Alumni Support:
- Manage a caseload of up to 1,000 alumni using nudge texting, phone calls, and virtual meetings to provide individualized support.
- Support alumni seeking employment by connecting them to opportunities and supporting next steps.
- Connect alumni to KIPP Forward foundational supports.
Program:
- Develop a deep understanding of regional CTE offerings, including requirements and industry relevance.
- Evaluate CTE training partners to ensure program quality and alumni success rates.
- Monitor and communicate application deadlines for workforce programs and career opportunities.
Data and Admin Support:
- Participate in KIPP Forward data collection initiatives.
- Track and analyze alumni data to inform alumni support and programming.
- Maintain current alumni contact information and track enrollment and career data.
