- Strengthen, expand, and maximize KIPP's national network of college partnerships.
- Serve as a regional expert who builds strategic relationships with colleges and universities.
- Lead the work to secure and deepen MOUs with institutions committed to strong outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive YOY increases in signed partnership MOUs.
- Build systems and relationships needed to establish partnerships with the nation’s top colleges by 2030.
- Drive measurable improvements in the outcomes of KIPPsters at partner institutions.
Skills and Mindsets:
- Passion and commitment to KIPP’s mission.
- Setting ambitious goals and achieving them with consistency.
- Interpersonal, diplomatic and communication skills to develop successful working relationships.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in college access, partnerships, higher education or related fields.
- Experience developing or managing strategic partnerships with colleges or universities.
- Demonstrated using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive outcomes.
