About The Position:

  • Strengthen, expand, and maximize KIPP's national network of college partnerships.
  • Serve as a regional expert who builds strategic relationships with colleges and universities.
  • Lead the work to secure and deepen MOUs with institutions committed to strong outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive YOY increases in signed partnership MOUs.
  • Build systems and relationships needed to establish partnerships with the nation’s top colleges by 2030.
  • Drive measurable improvements in the outcomes of KIPPsters at partner institutions.

Skills and Mindsets:

  • Passion and commitment to KIPP’s mission.
  • Setting ambitious goals and achieving them with consistency.
  • Interpersonal, diplomatic and communication skills to develop successful working relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in college access, partnerships, higher education or related fields.
  • Experience developing or managing strategic partnerships with colleges or universities.
  • Demonstrated using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive outcomes.
