What You’ll Do:
- Create New Funding Opportunities: Own the overall fundraising strategy and execution across foundations, high-net-worth individuals, and corporates.
- Build to $10M+ Annually: Set the strategy, build the pipeline, and lead the team to get there from the ground up.
- Make the Fundraising System Repeatable: Put systems in place so the team can consistently develop and close opportunities year after year.
