The Role:

  • Report to CFO and partner with Assistant Controller, program leaders, and Development team.
  • Translate financial information into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, monitoring program budgets, and donor financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis processes.
  • Manage grants and donor financial management, including compliance and reporting.
  • Partner with Assistant Controller on accounting operations and year-end close.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full-time remote position with salary range $95,000-$105,000 USD.
  • Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plan with 3% employer contribution.
  • Four weeks PTO (increases to five weeks after two years), paid winter break, 12-week sabbatical after 5 years.
