Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary financial advisor to clients, leading financial review meetings and providing insights on performance, KPIs, forecasts, and budgets.
- Oversee complex accounting matters, offering guidance on financial decisions and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with internal accounting teams, including bookkeepers and senior accountants, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience with strong Controller-level responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, KPIs, forecasting, and month-end close processes.
