Associate Therapist

Role Overview:

• This is a part-time W2 position providing remote therapy to K-12 students in North Carolina.
• The schedule is consistent, running Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.
• The company handles all administrative tasks like billing and credentialing.

Compensation & Structure:

• Pay is guaranteed for late cancellations and no-shows.
• Earnings are $35 per hour for individual sessions and $45 per hour for family therapy.
• The position includes fully covered weekly individual and group clinical supervision.

Requirements & Preferences:

• Must hold an active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina.
• Should be available during the specified evening hours and comfortable with telehealth.
• Interest in youth and family therapy is required; bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
