• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for recruitment advertising agency.
• Monitor advertising spend across job boards and social channels.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing team to update career site and SEO search strategies.

Market Analytics & Compensation Intelligence:

• Conduct ongoing labor market research to identify talent availability and trends.
• Track and report on compensation benchmarks for targeted roles.
• Prepare market intelligence briefs for recruiters and hiring managers.
