About the Job:
- Monitor and execute a digital sourcing strategy.
- Identify sourcing needs with management.
- Evaluate sourcing strategy and spend to ensure budget and compliance.
Description:
- Source candidates through networking, internet, social media, and referrals.
- Review applicant data to identify applicant flow challenges.
- Advise Management on strategy to improve applicant flow.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience is required.
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.
