Engineering Manager - Efficiency Area (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

This position is to lead a part of the Doctor Solutions group, which focuses on building tools for doctors to manage their practice and provide better care to their patients, supporting hundreds of thousands of doctors. As an Engineering Manager, you'll support AI integration in products, foster experimentation and prototyping, and collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to drive innovation through data. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards. Actively partner with your Product and UX counterparts to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. You will also develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Act as a hands-on project manager and people leader throughout the process. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
