Job Description
Affirm is seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Success Manager to launch, manage, and expand a portfolio of our ISV partners. This individual will be responsible for driving tangible growth outcomes within their assigned ISVs, focusing on accelerating new ISV launches, identifying go-to-market opportunities, executing new product and marketing initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results.
The Client Success Manager will own and grow a portfolio of ISV partners, focusing on expanding business value, accelerating revenue, and driving new merchant acquisition. They will identify new opportunities within existing ISV relationships, execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each ISV, and negotiate new agreements or amendments to support evolving business objectives.
