Job Description
The Lead Software Engineer will own the design, build, and maintenance of observability platforms with reusability across services in mind.
They will develop scalable, automated pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and visualizing telemetry data.
They will integrate observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry) with existing infrastructure and applications.
They will define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with stakeholders for critical services.
They will improve incident response by enhancing monitoring dashboards, alerts, and automated notifications.
