Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to lead ARMRA’s accounting, tax, and audit operations. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all the company’s accounting functions and supporting financial planning efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and has strong experience in eCommerce, wholesale, or CPG. This role will oversee all accounting operations including general ledger management, AP/AR, payroll accounting, and month-end close processes. They will also ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and close packages in accordance with GAAP and IRS. The controller will Manage and maintain financial systems (primarily NetSuite), ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and system optimization for close processes.
