About the role:
- Provide individual therapy by video to youth (11-24) and adults (18-60) with mild-to-moderate needs.
- Work within the Kaiser Permanente program with a 96% caseload fill rate.
- Intake assistant handles scheduling and consent forms.
Pay and support:
- $75-$90 per session based on caseload volume, with paid intake assessments and no-shows.
- $340 paid onboarding stipend and free CE credits year-round.
- Malpractice insurance included and biweekly pay.
Schedule:
- Pick your hours Monday-Sunday, 8 am-8 pm PT.
- Begin with 5 sessions per week and grow as desired.
- Youth clients are most often seen Mon-Fri 3-8 pm PT.
