Remote Telehealth Therapist

About the role:

• Daybreak Health is a telehealth mental health company helping people access quality care.
• You'll provide individual video therapy to youth, young adults, and adults in the Kaiser Permanente program.
• The team matches clients to your availability and books their first sessions, so you spend less time chasing referrals.

Where you'll work:

• Fully remote for California-licensed clinicians in the Sacramento area or elsewhere in the U.S.
• Set your own hours, Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8 pm Pacific Time, with weekends optional.
• Start with 5 sessions per week, with no cap on your caseload.

Pay and support:

• Earn $75–$90 per session based on weekly caseload volume, with paid intake assessments.
• Receive paid no-shows, late cancellations, and a $5 bilingual differential if eligible.
• Get free CE credits, paid clinical consultation, malpractice insurance, and a $340 onboarding stipend.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule with youth clients typically seen Monday–Friday, 3–8 pm PT.
• A dedicated intake assistant handles initial scheduling and consent forms.
