Role:
- Provide individual therapy by video to youth and adults in the Kaiser Permanente program.
- Work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S., with a focus on California-licensed clinicians.
Compensation:
- Earn $75–$90 per session based on caseload volume, with paid intake assessments and no-shows.
- Additional benefits include a $5 bilingual differential, $340 onboarding stipend, and free CE credits.
Requirements:
- Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP.
- Experience in individual therapy and comfort with telehealth delivery.
