About the Role:
- Lead Samsara's GTM AI Engineering team, building intelligent workflow experiences for Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Enablement.
- Spend about 70% of your time hands-on building AI agents, copilots, and evaluation frameworks, and 30% leading strategy and influencing stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Build and own the shared GTM AI platform, including orchestration, LLM gateways, and MCP/SDK contracts.
- Drive adoption with the field as the go-to advocate for AI, running demos and turning skeptics into power users.
- Ship revenue-critical intelligence for forecasting, propensity, and CRM data quality.
Who You Are:
- AI-native with 10+ years across software engineering, ML, data science, or data platforms, and daily fluent use of AI agents.
- Experienced in shipping LLM applications to production, full-stack cloud engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
- A people-first leader who hires, develops, and keeps strong technical talent.
