As a Software Architecture Manager, you'll be a key member of our team, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate that information into effective technical solutions. Your role will be fundamental in promoting the maturation of the strategy for using Generative Artificial Intelligence in our projects, helping to achieve the business objectives of CI&T and our clients. Responsibilities: Lead the architecture of the company's main system, responsible for the entire customer journey (registration to collection); Act with legacy systems in Oracle and Apex, and support the transition to new solutions in Java and Angular; Connect strategic planning with short-term actions to solve critical problems; Develop and train technical leaders, directly supporting the senior operations manager; Conduct technical and strategic conversations with internal and client stakeholders; Collaborate actively with the client to understand their needs and challenges, proposing software solutions aligned with their objectives; Participate in the definition and evolution of software architectures, ensuring that best practices are followed; Facilitate iteration and learning between teams, promoting the exchange of knowledge and experiences; Monitor market trends and technological innovations, bringing valuable insights to the team.
