Job Summary:
- PatientPoint's Platform team builds and runs the cloud platform for patient- and provider-facing products.
- You'll own technical problems that cross systems and lead plans to done.
What You'll Do:
- Lead multi-quarter programs and set technical direction across the platform.
- Define reliability, alerting, and on-call design; mentor senior engineers.
What We Need:
- 5+ years in software, cloud, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
