About the Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of Platform and DevOps engineers, hiring and coaching while contributing hands-on.
- Own the AWS platform end-to-end: infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, environments, observability, and cloud cost.
Who You Are:
- A hands-on engineer who has stepped into leadership, with deep AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Postgres knowledge.
- Experienced with real on-call, incident response, and platform growth, plus adopting AI coding agents in the software lifecycle.
