About the Role:
- As a Database/ETL Engineer Senior, you will lead the modernization of complex data pipelines for the US Army Human Resources Command.
- Your primary focus will be designing and optimizing high-volume data integration solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- You will ensure the Army’s HR data is accurate, secure, and actionable for high-level decision-making in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-level ETL processes to support HRC application structures.
- Design complex data mapping and transformation logic, ensuring data integrity across disparate sources within the Army’s data warehouse.
- Provide Cyber and IA database systems maintenance and ensure all ETL jobs comply with rigid security and Information Assurance protocols.
