Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience creating Business Intelligence & Reporting content and technical documentation for complex platforms.
- Hands-on experience with video tools like Camtasia, Loom, and Adobe Premiere Pro, and eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, GitBook, and DITA, and knowledge base platforms like Viva Learning or Cornerstone.
Responsibilities:
- Design role-based documentation for Admin, Operations, and Business users and produce engaging 2-5 minute training videos.
- Develop and structure comprehensive learning paths and maintain content aligned with product feature releases and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and manage content within knowledge bases and learning platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of translating configuration-heavy workflows into simple, reusable content and familiarity with localization tools and accessibility standards.
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional and distributed teams and experience working in Agile/sprint-based environments.
