Legal Operations Associate

We are looking for a Legal Operations Associate to join our Legal team. In this position, you will play a key role supporting all aspects of the Legal team operations – from commercial contracting to litigation – while helping the company navigate the rapidly evolving AI legal landscape. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and operations, building scalable legal processes that support one of the world’s fastest growing AI companies. In this role, you will: Optimize legal operations by identifying, implementing, and managing new tools, processes, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Legal team. Build and manage key workflows, including for contract lifecycle management, data subject requests, and international expansion initiatives. Draft and coordinate legal responses to internal business teams and external partners. Develop and maintain Legal team playbooks, ensuring clear and consistent guidance on legal processes. Support attorneys and the Legal team on various commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation projects as needed. Review and negotiate NDAs, ensuring compliance with company policies. Assist with other legal and compliance initiatives as assigned.
