Head of Engineering

We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Head of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering department, with a laser focus on delivery excellence, process efficiency, and engineering leadership. This is a mission-critical role that ensures stable, predictable, and fast delivery across three engineering teams building core parts of our crypto payment infrastructure. This role is well fitted for those, who likes working in fast-paced environments, balances business and technical perspectives and builds high-accountability teams.
