Web Engineer

Develop and maintain web applications and user interfaces using technologies like React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to build features that enhance advertiser workflows and experience. Work as part of a cross-functional team within AdCo, solving problems at scale for our users. Partner with other engineering teams across Spotify to support adoption and understanding of our Ads Manager platform. Help improve the structure, performance, and maintainability of our frontend codebase. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing. Contribute to team discussions about technical direction and frontend best practices, with guidance from senior engineers. Support Spotify’s engineering standards for security, accessibility, and inclusive design. Take advantage of growth opportunities like hack time, internal trainings, tech talks, and peer mentorship.
