• Responsible for the design, build, testing, training and support of the Lawson’s Payroll modules.
• Partners with Payroll Directors at the hospitals to analyze work process designs, flows, and improvements.
• Supports Payroll upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, training, and support of Infor Lawson HR modules.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify and address system issues and implement upgrades.
• Generate and maintain reports, configure system modules, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
