Problem-solving
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, testing, training, and support of Infor Lawson HR modules.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify and address system issues.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lawson’s Talent Management (LTM) module including, Global HR, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Process flow setup, Employee/Manager space and Candidate space.
- Five (5) years of HRIS or HR generalist experience required.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors.
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Time and Attendance systems like Kronos or JBDev.
