As Clinical Support Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Clinical Support Specialists and Clinical Nurses who are critical to ensuring our clinicians and patients experience seamless care delivery. You're responsible for building high-performing teams, establishing accountability through data-driven performance management, managing clinical escalations, and continuously refining our clinical support workflows to scale efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll roll up your sleeves alongside your team while driving operational excellence and strategic improvements.
You'll build, mentor, and manage a growing team, conduct regular 1:1s, and foster a collaborative culture. You'll handle clinical escalations with urgency, document patterns, and improve processes. Establish KPIs, analyze trends, and create dashboards to improve clinical support operations and quality, ensuring clinical support standards are met consistently, including accurate patient scheduling, complete documentation, and proper follow-up protocols.
