Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Integrate, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting experiences that empower thousands of B2B marketers. You’ll lead the charge in user research, product discovery, and interaction design, balancing craft with strategy to bring world-class SaaS products to life. Designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring clarity and delight to complex workflows. Leading product discovery with cross-functional peers to identify high-impact problems and shape scalable solutions. Conducting and synthesizing user research to ensure our roadmap is grounded in real customer needs. Applying analytics and behavioral insights to iterate on features and improve adoption, usability, and satisfaction. Championing design systems and scalable UX patterns that drive consistency across our platform. Facilitating workshops, design critiques, and co-creation sessions to keep momentum high and alignment tight. Advocating for human-centered design in an environment that values speed, learning, and autonomy.
