Director, Strategic Operations

As Director of Strategic Operations at Pair Team, you will drive the development and execution of high-impact initiatives that expand care access and improve outcomes for underserved populations. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll lead mission-critical projects from concept through launch—shaping company strategy while rolling up your sleeves to deliver results. Your work will directly influence how Pair Team scales its model and serves its most complex patients. You will lead high-priority operational initiatives from conception to completion. You will manage complex, cross-functional projects, such as new market launches and strategic value-based care programs, for example. You will diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks by bringing in new capabilities and tools. Act as a nimble, generalist problem-solver who can deploy quickly and effectively to the most urgent, high-leverage opportunities across the organization. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on goals, measure outcomes, and iterate on programs. Build scalable systems that support growth and improve performance of both clinical and non-clinical teams.
