Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision of up to 40 vIOP therapists.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP therapists.
- Provide ongoing mentoring, consultation, and feedback on performance and clinical quality.
Qualifications:
- PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, or Master's degree from a clinical track.
- Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States, 5+ years postgraduate experience.
- 2+ years of clinical supervision/training experience in evidence-based therapies.
Additional Information:
- Salary range $136,800 - $152,000 per year.
- Remote position requiring US-based licensure.
