Responsibilities:
- Perform complex accounting activities related to general accounting, fixed assets, operational accounting, capitalized software, debt, leasing, eliminations, accruals, prepaids and equity.
- Review the work performed by others including but not limited to invoices, vendor detail, journal entries, allocations, non-controlling interests, eliminations, prepaids, accruals, cash as well as account reconciliations.
- Support SEC reporting as required.
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience in a public corporate accounting setting including shared services.
- 10+ years’ work experience in a corporate accounting setting in a public company with some management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
