Lead Talent Development & Change Specialist

An exciting new role on our People Strategy & Development team focused on both change management and talent development. In this role, you’ll shape, guide, and support the development of effective change management strategies and plans to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of a wide-range of key initiatives on our People team roadmap. At the same time, you’ll develop talent development solutions, create, manage, and facilitate learning experiences, and refine/manage critical talent processes. Partner with stakeholders across the People team to shape and influence change management strategies for key People team initiatives, spanning people, process, structure and technology. Change management approaches should not only drive adoption of the change, but also the cultural and behavioral shifts needed to support long-term success. Collaborate on the development and delivery of learning programs aimed at building skills, supporting team effectiveness, and strengthening leadership capabilities.
