Assistant Account Manager

The Assistant Account Manager will work directly alongside the Account Manager to support a large national chain account. This role will assist in the daily management of customer relationships, order processing, and job execution from concept to completion. A core function of this position is to handle purchasing duties, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of equipment and materials needed for assigned jobs. Responsibilities include supporting the Account Manager in managing account activity, working collaboratively with internal teams, assisting in the preparation and tracking of estimates, managing purchasing for assigned jobs, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the client’s concept.
