Support up to 25 Tax Experts by answering complex U.S. individual tax (1040) questions. Provide guidance on process adherence, quality, and operational best practices. Research complex tax issues and share clear, actionable guidance. Model productive problem-solving when systems break—finding solutions first, documenting issues second. Comfortable making decisions with 70% information rather than waiting for perfection, and collaborate with Tax Managers to monitor quality, identify training needs, and provide feedback to improve team performance. Participate in testing and feedback sessions for tax software and expert tools to help enhance efficiency and customer experience, and serve as a resource for escalated customer questions and help ensure smooth daily operations during peak season.
