Responsibilities:
- Develop Cost-to-Complete (CTC) E&DL estimates across the Army.
- Input data/documentation received from POCs into the Army E&DL financial system of record.
- Assist with comparative analysis and justification of fiscal year requirements.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of DoD environmental cleanup programs.
- Knowledge of Army financial management policies, systems, and procedures.
- Experience with DoD financial statement audit, internal control testing or analysis.
