Job Description

Assist the North America growth initiatives. This person will help deliver high-impact B2B events and activations that strengthen the CI&T brand with clients, prospects, and partners. This role combines event logistics, brand coordination, and marketing operations, ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or events, who is organized, proactive and adaptable, with the confidence to work in a close collaboration with executives and global leadership, keeping a collaborative approach. Support events for clients and prospects, including executive roundtables, conferences, dinners and sponsorships. Track budgets, vendor contracts and invoices, ensuring timely procurement and reporting. Collect event feedback and performance data to measure impact and ROI.
