Job Description

Support the recruiting team, executives, and clients with interview scheduling utilizing a high-touch and personalized approach. Manage executive calendars with limited availability using a variety of administrative tools. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Execute end-to-end scheduling and coordination logistics for niche interviews and events (phone, video, in-person), possibly including travel. Work closely with the client's recruiting team to ensure all interviews are confirmed and, if applicable, interview feedback is received. Act as a trusted advisor to Recruiters and other stakeholders. Document, track, and maintain records and the status of engagements/requisitions in the applicant tracking system. Identify and execute process improvements and solutions that create efficiencies across searches. Respond to inquiries with professionalism, tact, confidentiality, and a focus on proactive and responsive customer service. Manage, review, and send HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates. Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function. Manage multiple calendars across a single panel interview. Meeting moderation. Process expenses and book travel as needed.
