Vice President, Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) US Operations

Role Overview:

• This executive leadership role will build and lead a strategic program management function during a period of rapid organizational and product-scale growth.
• You will establish operating discipline, governance, and portfolio visibility to move complex hardware and software programs from development through launch and production.
• Reporting directly to the COO, you will influence strategically important initiatives and provide clear guidance on priorities, risks, resources, and tradeoffs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and scale the SPMO, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, and performance management of Technical Program Managers.
• Establish consistent program management methodologies, tools, governance, and operating cadences across new product development and strategic programs.
• Own portfolio-level view of active programs, including prioritization, sequencing, resource allocation, and cross-program tradeoffs.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of technical program management experience, including 5+ years managing teams of program managers.
• Proven experience leading NPI/NPD programs in hardware, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or complex electromechanical environments.
• Demonstrated success building or scaling a PMO or strategic program management organization in a rapidly growing business.
