Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
- Develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and integrate with enterprise systems using Azure services.
- Support production issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
- Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM implementations.
