Medical Billing Associate (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete medical billing uploads in EHR systems using exported reporting and available billing data.
• Cross-reference member information across EHR systems and payer portals to ensure accurate eligibility assessments.
• Prepare ad hoc billing and operational reports to support internal teams and decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in medical billing, including at least one year with Medicaid billing.
• Proficient with EHR systems such as Tebra, athenaOne, or eClinicalWorks.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
