Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties pertinent to remote assistance and replies to trouble tickets to resolve user problems.
  • Provides expert technical assistance through phone, email, and instant message in areas like password resets, email, directories, and desktop applications.

Qualifications:

  • Requires Public Trust Clearance by start date and ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 120 days after hire.
  • Must possess comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and plan and lead major technology assignments.

Experience:

  • Requires 2-7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in remote work demonstrating time management and an Agile mindset.
  • Desired qualifications include at least three years of experience with Windows/Mac desktop support, smartphone support, and remote support tools.
