Qualifications:
- Requires Public Trust Clearance by start date and ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 120 days after hire.
- Must possess comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and plan and lead major technology assignments.
Experience:
- Requires 2-7 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in remote work demonstrating time management and an Agile mindset.
- Desired qualifications include at least three years of experience with Windows/Mac desktop support, smartphone support, and remote support tools.
