Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end commercial launch activities, including pre-launch planning and on-market support.
- Drive adoption and utilization across markets by partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in life sciences, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, marketing, or management consulting.
- Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and analyzing datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
