Bid Manager

We are seeking an experienced bid/tender manager to join our team which involves managing tender documents, acting as a subject matter expert when discussing the tender approach, and writing tender responses with various specialists. The role includes working closely with The Head of Strategy and the Partnerships Team to analyze requirements and specifications for bids, ensuring compliance and demonstrating strong skills in tender preparation, market research, and corporate writing. Duties include supporting the Partnerships team in identifying opportunities, developing proposal templates and managing the bid process as well as developing presentations, participating in process improvement, and interviewing technical subject matter experts.
