Senior Director, Finance

Pacific Environment is looking for a Senior Director, Finance to oversee all financial aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will manage the finance and accounting teams and lead financial strategies, including tracking and reporting complex budgets against multiple grants and programs. You will work with the staff accountant and other team members to produce and cross-check monthly financial reports, and comply with best financial practices and GAAP, and insure sound investments for organizational assets. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting and internal control operations, developing new business processes and accounting policies, and managing the annual audit. The role also involves preparing timely reports on financial performance, overseeing grant expense tracking, and conducting financial analysis and reporting for organizational leadership.
