As a Dynamics 365 Configuration Specialist, you will be at the forefront of a major Customer Insights rollout across a large organization. You'll gain exposure to enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and Agile delivery in a collaborative culture that values communication, innovation, and continuous learning. Configure and support Dynamics 365 with a focus on Customer Insights. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manage project scope and acceptance. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and story mapping. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing high-impact work.
