What You’ll Do (Day to Day):
- Lead engineers, break down work, and drive delivery of solutions.
- Own technical direction / standards and drive automated testing.
- Triage Support tickets, balancing fixes with resolving root causes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience with Go or Ruby on Rails, plus JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Proven ability to lead technical work across systems in a startup.
- Clear communicator who can align engineers, product managers, and designers.

- Support volume and severity decrease as root causes are addressed.
